Much Ado About Nothing

“I do love nothing in the world so well as you: is not that strange?”

The war is over, no one of importance has died, so let the festivities begin! Don Pedro is bringing back his rabble of rowdy, randy soldiers back to Italy for a good *and* a long time and the ladies of the house are *very* excited to receive them. Beatrice and Benedick, Claudio and Hero, Dogberry and Verges, Borachio and Margaret, Conrade and Ursula… the potential for marriage, mischief and mayhem runs deep in Shakespeare’s legendary comedy, Much Ado about Nothing.

The audience will be transported back to the year 1600 as though it were the very first staging of Much Ado, with fanciful costumes, historical dances, audience engagement and lute players galore!

“The world must be peopled.”

Written by the Bard, directed by Josiane Segar, in collaboration with Sophie Schulze and Connor Fox.
